ipod: just plain fuck you
My ipods broken. In under one year, my ipod went from functional, to no longer functional. It will not turn on and instead of playing music, it makes this winding and clicking noises. I'm livid, to say the least. Fuck you ipod! Fuck you in the ear!

What happened to it? I'm sure they don't just break for no reason!
besides dropping it a few times...nothing. but i feel that my clumsiness is unrelated because my ipod stopped working well after i dropped it. i am going to try to restore it. i'll keep you posted on whether I'm successful or not.

One time, my cellphone ran into a brick wall. Oh, I tried to stop it. "No!" I shouted, "someone is still on the line!" But, it did not listen to my plea.
The day after that, I took all the tiny little pieces to the Roger's store in a ziploc bag. The friendly, twentysomething clerk waited attentively as I explained how the telephone "suddenly stopped working". As I handed her the bag, she eyed the pieces wearily.
"Let me see what we can do."
She disapeared into the back of the shop with the bag in hand..
She returned a moment later with a new phone in hand, almost identical to my old one. "It's been less than a year since you got it," she said," you're still under warantee. Obviously, this is a manafacturer's defect--I hope that you don't find the same problem with this one."
"I won't".
I thanked her and left.
Everyone I know hates their ipod, it's really quite tragic.
